We work efficiently through insurance, apply manufacturer copay cards, and identify patient assistance programs to reduce out-of-pocket costs. For medications like Bijuva, Imvexxy, and Veozah, we stay current on available savings programs and apply them automatically.
Can you help if my patient's contraceptive is on backorder?
Yes. We proactively monitor supply issues and maintain stock of commonly backordered contraceptives. If your patient's prescribed method is unavailable, we'll contact you immediately with therapeutically equivalent alternatives to prevent any gap in coverage.
Do you help with prior authorizations for women's health medications?
Absolutely. When a medication requires prior authorization, our team initiates the process and faxes PA keys to your office so you can complete the authorization. We keep your office updated throughout and will suggest covered alternatives if approval seems unlikely.
What's the cutoff time for same-day shipping?
Prescriptions received before 2:00 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day. For time-sensitive therapy starts, let us know and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Providers can send prescriptions via e-prescribe (EMR 0626039), fax to (720) 370-1216, or by calling (720) 370-1121 to speak with one of our pharmacists. For faxed or phoned orders, please include the diagnosis code so we can initiate PAs immediately if needed.
